Have you ran a broadband test to see if you are within your minimum speed if not then Sky should send an engineer to look.

Intermittent connection

Hi I am having problems with intermittent internet and TV. Lost count of the amount of times I've switched off / rebooted/ reconnected (both main and mini boxes and router) I've already replaced what I thought was a faulty mini Q box and then had an engineer out who replaced my main sky Q box which seemed to temporarily improve the problem of intermittent dropping out, but now it's beginning to sneak back in! Internet is very slow on phones too. I know it's extremely difficult to sort out intermittent faults but my contract is almost up and I'm seriously considering going with someone else as really not happy to continue paying stupid money for what is proving to be a substandard service. Does anyone have any other ideas please?
