<title>topic Broadband boost cancellation fee in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Broadband-boost-cancellation-fee/m-p/4537750#M372345</link>
<description>I asked to lower my bill and asked if to removed the broadband boost from my account due to nit receiving it in every room like advertised. The person said nothing about incurring an early termination charge, otherwise I'd have just left it on my account. Then to received 2 emails saying my broadband was being cancelled and i have incurred £63.00 charge was worrying. I thought my actually broadband was about to be turned off. Customer service was poor!</description>
