this issue has been happing for over a week now. the signal keeps dropping in and out. i did the tests online on monday it says its a problem with my hub and they would contact us in 3 working days to issue a new one. noone did. i tried again via the help on twitter they gave me a phone number to ring. my issue is the account is in my dads name who is in his 80s he has trouble with all the technical talk so he cant ring up and im working alot at the moment and im finding it hard to get the time to call myself. is there a way to do it online or via email? all we want is for someone to send us a new hub the one they have is now 10 years old. any help/advice appreciated
