&lt;P&gt;If you stay on the line and dont accept offers of texts etc you should be able to speak to a Sky agent but it takes time its normally quicker early in the day like now. Calls to Sky on your Sky Talk line are free just dial 150.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have upgraded to the top package with sky for the broadband and since we have had nothing but problems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Internet constants drops out and we are without the Internet for hour or 2 then comes back on and off again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happens up to 5 times a day. Please help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone from sky contact me as its so difficult to speak to a human these days!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
