Poor Wi-Fi

Since having Sky Glass my Wi-Fi has been very poor. This applies to using internet on phones and also when online using a games console. Had no issues before sky glass and can see no issues with connectivity

What did you have before? Sky Q? Sky +? Or no Sky TV at all?

Then its probably because with Sky Q you had the main box & mini boxes boosting your WiFi signal around your home as they act as repeaters. Sky Glass/Stream does not do this so you lose a margin of WiFi signal strength. Additionally Sky Glass uses bandwidth for your TV viewing which will impact other devices if your broadband speed isnt that high.
