&lt;P&gt;If it's still down this morning report it to Sky. Openreach have a&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;target&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;fix time of two working days but as stated wfh gives no priority for fixing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days &lt;STRONG&gt;from when you first report the fault to Sky, &lt;/STRONG&gt;you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I don't have any internet connection. I've tried switching router on and off but still not working. The internet light on the router is off.&amp;nbsp;I've tried the sky app but I can't test my connection as I get a message saying there is no address connected to my account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I work from home so require this fixed asap, many thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3944189"&gt;@CBowie1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You are not addressing Sky here the forum is manned mainly by customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will have to call Sky to report the fault, working form home does not get you priority over other customers as you are using a domestic only service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
