&lt;P&gt;What did the Openreach engineer do exactly because your router is showing a major line fault which Openreach should have picked up in the tests.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have had someone from open reach come and look, and been supplied with a new router and the issue is the same. I've attached some stats while the connection was active. Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;He mentioned there was a frayed cable which he repaired. Other than that he said the line was working fine. I guess I will book them to make another visit...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
