Hello.

My broadband is coming to and end. I've been charged 4 days from 02/01 to 05/01, so paid for 05/01 however I do not seem to have an broadband today 05/01.

If I've paid for today then surely I should have broadband today? Can anyone help with why my broadband seems to have already been cut off a day early?

@Anonymous When was the last day of Sky broadband supposed to have been? Normally this process is seemless and you might have a few hours of downtime in between.

Nope, still no broadband from sky today at all, despite having paid for it ... My whole experience with sky has been anything but seamless! 😂

@Anonymous You still never answered the questions about when was supposed to be your last day with Sky for broadband? As this process is normally seemless.

Did you ask Sky for to stop the service the same day your new broadband was supposed to be activated?

The last day was supposed to be today, I thought that was clear from my original post. If your just here to critise others than don't bother, this is supposed to be a helpful form! As for repeating 'seamless process' that also doesn't help! I've managed to speak to someone at sky and they have sorted out my refund, turns out they have cancelled it earlier than advised and overcharged me.
