    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently had issues with my broadband connection dropping out for a couple of minutes randomly. I have called Sky who advised to book an engineer which is scheduled and conformed with OpenReach for tomorrow AM however I have just received an SMS for Sky regarding an appt today PM. Who can I contact as that SMS only accepts replies YEs, No or New&lt;/P&gt;</description>
