      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded my Sky broadband have received new hub&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But unable to use as open reach need to carry out work first.
