    <description>Hello! Yesterday, an open reach engineer turned up and installed the boxes inside and outside the house BUT he couldn't complete the installation of the cable from the pole because a scaffolding was in the way... The result now is that not even the Sky Customer center can schedule a follow up visit because the engineer has not closed my case (Line Activation still 'in progress'). What do I do now? Thanks</description>

&lt;P&gt;Usually Openreach would pencil in another visit date on their calendar and just turn up. Have you tried contacting Sky again and asking for an update?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
