Hi I'm due to have my internet installed tomorrow. I received a text this morning to confirm my appointment. I've no credit to text back so I used another phone in the house. I then received another text saying if I don't confirm my appointment will be cancelled. I texted back from the other phone again with all my information requested. Will he come tomorrow or not? So annoyed there is no other way to get in contact bar texting. I've tried ringing the number and tried WhatsApp but not available.

As customers we can't confirm if Sky/Openreach will attend or not if you don't reply. I would suggest getting more credit on your device. It might save you a heap of problems.

A reply to the text must be from the mobile number it was sent to because its an automated service that identifies you by the mobile number it gets a text from. I would get some credit and reply
