@Braveheartal your Sky id is the identity you use to log into Sky.com or the Sky Apps which can be managed by following the links from https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-start

Given that is not normally a number Are you referring to the public IP address Sky have assigned to your connection these are something like 104.73.180.57 ie 4 sets of numbers? If so power down your hub for an hour or so and you should pick up a new one.

Can you explain a bit more what you are trying to do ?

Have you previously been a customer of Sky who is now returning after being away for longer than a year ?
