&lt;P&gt;Given that is not normally a number Are you referring to the public IP address Sky have assigned to your connection these are something like 104.73.180.57 ie 4 sets of numbers? If so power down your hub for an hour or so and you should pick up a new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
