      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need Open reach to fix a loose cable at the front of my houce. How can I get this done? You cannot connect them directly. They refer yoo to the (Sky) provider. The Sky. Help Line said they cannot do this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Baffled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
