Return packaging will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are outside a cooling off period then you need to log a fault with Sky and permit them to attemp to remedy the situation and provide the contracted service.&amp;nbsp; If you cancel without doing that you will be liable for any applicable early termination penalty fee.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
