You are only taking advantage of the 2.4 GHz range?

How many devoces do you have connected at this time?

I'm discovered that there was an issue with the wire into the house. we are again having issues. Can anyone identify any issues with our rotor statistics? Any help will be much appreciated.

There are a handful of devices connected. We have found we need to switch off our sky q box in my sons room for his Xbox to work.
how do we change to use the 5ghz range?
thanks and Merry Christmas

@Highlinder wrote:

@Jenniemorton Looking at the router stats there has been no drops on your connection for over 501 hours and your Wi-Fi is the same.

@Jenniemorton

Reset assured that your 5Ghz wifi will be working, there is a quirk in the hub that after a time period

of being powered that the stats do not update.

If you wish to see them again, just power down your Sky Router, for a minute, power back on and it

will take 4-5 minutes to boot back up. Once up that stats will start to update again for a time period.

Your power off on the Q would indicate that you are using both the Q and the X box via wireless WiFi connections and can cause issues if for instance they are possible close, The X talks to the Q, then the Q talks to the Router, then the Router goes to the Internet, back and forth like this so you can see, not the best but take the Q out, the X to Router, but signal maybe little weaker but working.

Hope this answers some of your questions.....
