High latency when gaming and streaming

Hi we have an issue with (probably our wifi network) streaming and gaming. We've tried putting one of the Xboxes through a booster from Sky but it still struggles (currently getting 106ms). Router stats posted below, we're out of ideas, the line is showing green through the sky checks so I assume we are getting service to the house using the Ultra package, but that's not transferring to the wifi network.

Router has been rebooted this morning (we try not to do this too often to keep it settled). I've had a look at what devices are attached and reduced the number down but still no joy. Any help greatly appreciated with a couple of devices active on the router (gaming or streaming or grinds to a halt).

For gaming of any type, you really need to be connected to the router by ethernet,

you need to try this first, if all works ok then you know that wifi is the issue.

One booster is an automatic 50% drop in speed, you cannot base the high speed

of the package as the basis for what is possible.

Good pointer you make, when streaming and gaming the network grinds to a halt, WIFI issue no doubt.

Try connecting by ethernet would be the first if only temporary to check at least.....
