&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately you are: it's just that as I've repeated in these forums far too often, Sky doesn't make it anywhere clear enough that Sky Glass/Stream and Sky Broadband are absolutely not the same thing (even when ordered together) and that provisioning of each is an entirely separate process with completely different timescales.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sadly no ISP using the Openreach network can actually guarantee any particular activation date because the process is not within their control.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Annoyingly got Sky tv and broadband package so that we would have it ready for christmas day. Everything from sky has arrived with emails saying internet will work from 22nd but now something relating to open reach means it wont work til 27th. Tv wont work with no internet......this is going to make for such a rubbish christmas with house full of children and grandchildren to entertain! It is awful as we are not getting what we signed up for!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
