Royal Mail Returns Label

I have been trying for two days to print off a tracked returns label via: Tracked Returns | Royal Mail Group Ltd The problem is that when I have filled in all the details at the end it won't let me print anything. Is this service down at the moment or just busy because of Christmas?

@Nix63 If you are unable to print off a label then just take it to the post office and they can do it for you.

That's what I thought but my local post office says they can't! Very annoying. Will try another.

@Nix63 Here is the link with the information about returns. You should be able to get say when you are getting your label to print it at the post office.
