But to find out it might be best to give Sky a call to when this would happen. Does it not say anything in my account about the credit sitting on your account?

I've had a credit sitting on my Sky broadband account for over a month now, following my cancellation. I thought it would likely be refunded on the day of the month that my direct debit had always been taken, but it wasn't. How can I get this dealt with, without calling up, please?

It shows the refund credit that's due, for the relevant dates, but I can't find any mention of when I can expect to receive it. I can't face ringing up again, so will give it another couple of weeks.
