You appear to be in an Openreach exchange that fully supports IP6 so do not need the log on&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2279021"&gt;@-rpnz-&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;described in his post for areas with only partial IP6 support.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It would be helpful if you could test one thing can you get a dialling tone if you connect a landline phone to the phone port on the ONT? If you can if you dial 150 do you get through to Sky? Given the Sky VOIP service is normally delivered via the Sky hub just wondering if by chance you can use the ONT connection instead..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
