3 Fake Pucks

kbroadway — Tue, 06 Oct 2026 18:32:58 GMT

I have just upgraded from Sky Q and it has created 3 pucks which I paid for and the setup costs. Which itself I think is disappointing. Now I have 3 other pucks on my user account which I have not got and are not even supposed to be there . I have spoken to the Helpdesk constantly but they do not disappear ???? I don't want them showing !!!
