Playlist not up to date

I regularly use Playlist to view Emmerdale but my playlist is no longer showing the recent episodes of the program. The most recent program it is showing is Sept 11th 2026. I clicked the + button to remove Emmerdale from the Playlist and then clicked + to re-add it. There was no change as a result of this. The most recent stream is still from 11th Sept. What do I need to do to refresh the streams of Emmerdale so that I am getting regular sttream updates again? My other programs on the Playlist are refreshing as normal and are up to date.

Hi @Nualakll

This sounds like it could a problem between ITV and Sky. Presumably when you go into ITV player app they are there as expected? You an try emailing sky's viewer relations team on viewerr@sky.uk.

Might also be worth trying a quick reboot.
