Erroneous charge for viewing outside home

Hi,

looking for advice.

We have recently switched our Broadband to Sky and since then where now getting emails to say we are using our service away from our registered address, the furthest we go is the summer house in the back garden where we have a sky Puck that has been in there for nearly 2 years now.

we have never had this issue until we switched to Sky Fibre, is this a known issue? now thinking of moving bqack to TalkTalk has we never had this issue with then.
