You can cancel if your in your 31 day cooling off. But did you not research the channels etc in the package before subscribing? Of course you can always upgrade your subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In terms of your connection issues and picture quality likely all connected to the connection issues. Who is your ISP? What router are you using? What Broadband speed is the puck getting? (You can test in netflix&amp;gt; profile pic &amp;gt; get help? &amp;gt; Connectivity check).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also where is your puck situated? I.e ensure it's not enclosed or behind a TV etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
