Keeps pausing mid programme or completely goes blank or cuts off taking backbone home page happens on multiple channels. Have followed all checks still happens

Which checks have you followed?

Have you run a network check from within the get help menu on the Netflix app? This will give you an idea of the broadband speed actually being received by your Stream puck. You need a constant, stable speed of at least 25Mbps in order for the service to function with any sort of reliability.

Thankyou I done this and it says 1.81Mbps so well below what you said it should be how do I improve this?

What broadband speed are you paying for?
Try repositioning your router, make sure your Stream puck is out in the open and able to receive the WiFi signal. Alternatively, connect an Ethernet cable between your router and the puck and turn WiFi off in the puck's network settings.
