No subtitles on Disney+

For the last 10 days, subtitles have disappeared on Disney+. None of the usual ways to turn on subtitles give you the option to do so. They are available on all other Disney platforms(phone app, freeview app,etc) but not Sky stream. Yet another example of Sky's cavalier attitude to subtitles despite their obligation to provide them.

I have had to complain about missing subtitles on various platforms many, many times.

Hi @Myskyplus Your subtitle issue would appear to be at your end and not Sky or Disney+. I have just been watching something with subtitles on Disney + with no problems at all.

Have you tried the obvious of doing a restart of the puck to clear any glitches that might have developed since the last time it was done. (Settings > system management > resets & updates . restart device).

If that doesn't work try reinstalling the Disney+ app. Same menu structure as above except select Reinstall App and then select Disney +.

Edit - Note, if you reinstall you will probably need to login again so make sure you know your username & password)
