We have recently moved to Wales from Oxford and is still getting Oxford reception I have checked our address has changed and have also done a full reset Any more ideas

We sometimes get this reported on here after an address move.

The Sky community escalation team often deal with this issue.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
