My account says my HBO subscription is activated, but it will still not allow me to watch it on the tv. I get an error message when redirected to HBO regarding the email being used with a previous subscription in the USA, and it prompts me to try another email. However, I cannot do that, as this email is the one associated with the sky account. Please assist.
