My sky box keeps saying technical fault I have switch it off by the plug for a good half an hour and

the Home Screen shows up the tv guide shows click a channel and I get a technical fault

Me too. This is only on broadcast channels though. Apps (Disney, iPlayer, Prime , Netflix etc.) all seem fine.

Can we have a bit more detail please on this issue.

Has this just started today or have you had it for some while?

Could you list your UI version in Settings>Systems Management.

Even if you have done so today, can you do a settings restart;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Also having same issue says good internet connection as also reset that apps like Netflix work but non of the channels.

Done this but live tv still not loading showing as failure to load again. I have same hi number as other person.

For my it was working find this morning, I noticed the issue this afternoon - all sky stream channels are displaying the following error:

There is a technical fault with this programme. Please try again later.

I've performed broadband tests and reset the puck to no avail.

confirmed the built in apps like Netflix are working via the sky puck just seems to be issue with sky stream channels.

UI version = 3.301.2

So this is definitely not an isolated issue..looks like its affecting many..Will sky issue any notice or fix?

So spoken to technical support told it's a system issue following an update they are trying to sort it as only effecting live tv feed. To call back tomorrow if not resolved.
