I signed up to sky cinema yesterday however I'm unable to sign in. It says I've already linked the account however when I sign in it asks me to choose a plan & put in a payment method any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks

You can close this I didn't get support through here & after nearly an hour with sky chat got nowhere either because the agent was totally incompetent sending the same message multiple times which I replied each time plus instructions to reset the puc then told me to ignore this so I've given up . Subscribed directly to Paramount plus & it worked in seconds
