<title>topic Sky puck crashing in Sky Stream</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/Sky-puck-crashing/m-p/5371534#M82811</link>
<description>My sky puck is crashing after watching anything live or streaming after two minutes. I have tried the following - factory reset - forced update holding the power button - refreshed apps - ethernet and wireless connections, even disabled wireless while connected to ethernet. - reducing picture quality - broadband speed is 300mb the device is receiving just over 100mb - plugged into different hdmi - tried on different TV - it's not overheating Are they faulty as I just can't get any longer than a couple of minutes, it doesn't crash it just says technical fault on live TV and if watching Netflix or hbo max it just closes the app. Any other ideas?</description>
