&lt;P&gt;Assume you are still within your 31 days cooling off period.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;To cancel Sky Stream within your cooling off period:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;You will need to contact Sky do this to cancel within the first 31 days after your delivery.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s3"&gt;Charges and refunds:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;You’ll only pay for the days you used your TV subscription and any delivery costs. Sky will refund the rest to your bank account within 45 days. sky also refund any set-up fees you paid for your Sky Stream puck.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
