Paramount+

I recently upgrade to Sky Cinema, and was told this included Paramount+. I've tried numerous times to activate Paramount+, but on the sky.com website it has continuously thrown an error - over 4 weeks now, and it is still not fixed.

I've tried through Paramount, but Sky isn't shown as a partner. So I'm going round in circles. Might be simpler to cancel my subscription with Sky and go direct to Paramount

Hi @HPuser99 I see you have already tried a couple of options without success. I am going to suggest a different route to see if it helps you.

Try registering by doing the following: Use the voice command "My Sky" and then select the following: your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions / Current / and then Paramount + Monthly. Hopefully it will say £0 per month as you have Sky Cinema. If so select Activate subscription.

I no longer subscribe to Cinema and don't have Paramount but when I did the above was how I activated the Paramount+ subscription.
