topic Reply to message Puck in Sky Stream

I have switch of to, puck and internet left for a while the switch back on, I have switch cable sockets on back of TV, I have switch of puck, then switched back on then held down on/off switch on bottom of puck, when flashing the Tv screen goes to remote tuning then the puck switches it self of, I have gone through the help menu on my sky, and talked to tech support on 22/8/26, 24/8/26, I got put through to a really helpful person have gave me discounts for that month on multi room I was also informed that because the puck was wrongly categorised as mine instead of yours was why I never got a replacement when out of warranty, I was also informed that the puck will cost me £39.95 upfront cost but I would be credited the cost of £39.95 to my sky account. I phone today to sort this out and was informed I would have to pay £50., when I advised the customer service agent of the above, she informed me that the system has an error show £50. But it should only be £39.95, and that I would not receive credit. I informed that I wanted to cancel as I'm not paying for a service I'm not getting, she informed me I couldn't cancel and because I had a sky to I would no longer be able to stream from Tv, surely I can still use TV with other Networks. I asked to be put through to the person I spoke to on the 24/8/26 And was informed she was not authorised to do that. She stated she would have to listen to calls I told her to do that that is should take 2 days, i am absolutely disgusted that you can not read note on a screen and see what has happened and been agreed, If I'm not receiving the service I pay for are have the correct equipment due to errors at Sky 's end the I have a right to cancel and all money returned for said services

Has anyone else has the runaround trying to get a new puck because yours is out of warranty and sky changed product from belonging to you to them owning it., it's an absolute nightmare was informed I had to pay 39.95 upfront cost and money would be credited to account, now getting told 50.00 and no credit I'm paying for a service I've not received for over a year now, and I'm being told I can not cancel it's a nightmare, I know I have the right to cancel if I'm not getting what I've been paying for,
