I've refused delivery but they are still charging me

iiwould like to know I did not want streaming but sky give me it ,then said to cancel refuse delivery which I did ,now sky has set up another direct debit ,will they ignore it

Hi @powerrangers

No one here can tell you as this is a customer helps customer community. But no you are liable for the contract you agreed with sky. I would recommend calling them, advising delivery was refused and you wish to cancel.

You can also make a complaint if you were miss sold.
