    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3931102"&gt;@Cass50&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I use a Harmony Hub &amp;amp; Remote (no longer available) these have IR blasters that can send a signal to devices out of sight, it sounds like the signal from the remote is no longer getting to the puck.&amp;nbsp; May be worth investigating such a setup if you must have devices out of view.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Puck in cupboard not receiving remote</title>

      <description>We recently had a media wall fitted and puck was located in little cupnoard. Was working fine but now I need to have the cupboard door open when using remote or it won't work.</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you've created a barrier to Bluetooth reception then that's inevitably going to be a problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try pairing your your Sky Stream remote again:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Press and hold 7 and 9 together for three seconds, then press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds until a connected message appears on your screen&lt;/P&gt;</description>
