Sky Puck not working, stuck in set up loop

I am having an issue where I am trying to set up my sky stream puck. It had connected to the WiFi but does not appear to be anymore. I am stuck in a continuous loop where it is startes with a "Sky" splash page ( White text on black page)>"Sky Lets get connected, please wait" page with a outline picture of a Sky puck>"Updating Software, Connecting, If your update has taken more than 20 mins, go to sky.com/startup IP for next steps">Goes back to black page with Sky Splash screen.

I have looked at the community and tried the following.

Connected Sky Puck using an ethernet cable directly to the Sky Router, then whilst holding down the Power button on the Sky Puck, plugged it to the Mains. then when the white light comes back on let go of the power button ( on the Puck) and let it go through its setup for at least 30 mins. However it is still stuck in the set up loop as there are red and yellow flashing LEDs instead of the solid white LED.

Any ideas how to fix?
