I recently left Sky but have made the mistake of coming back after getting a very low Broadband and TV combo. I only really wanted the broadband but cheaper to combine to get Netflix.

The puck arrived today, I've plugged in and got to screen to activate. I've typed in the code and it shows as attached on my phone. Nothing changes on the TV.

Checking my account there's no record of my order, for either TV or broadband. It's as if it doesn't exist.

Virtual assistant is worse than useless. Does anyone have a phone number to call them?
