Hi fellow Sky Stream users,

I'm starting this thread to raise awareness about Sky Stream's poor connectivity issues with Prime and Netflix. I know I'm not the only one experiencing this, since I started with the service, over a year ago.

Reguarly when I select to watch a program or movie on either of those platforms via the Sky menu, I end up with a blank screen followed by a random error message, sometimes about my HDMI cable. There's nothing wrong with the cable and usually after 3-4 tries, it finally plays the program.

Also I have an Apple TV box connected to the same TV and I can instantly switch to it when I get this issue on Sky, and navigate to the same program on either Prime or Netflix and it plays immediately. To be honest I would dump Sky if it wasn't for some programs.

Ps I have the Sky puck connected via Ethernet to my router and am using a 1GB FTTP internet connection, so no issues with internet connection or speed.

I switched to this a while ago and haven't missed Sky Stream at all.
