&lt;P&gt;To work adequately the hub needs to be at least near the centre of the home and as high up as possible to get the best signal over wifi, having it in a cupboard low down is causing you these issues.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll almost certainly need&amp;nbsp; booster if you can't move the hub to a more central location, which you'll need to call Sky to get.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning , I have 3 sky pucks for tv and live in a new build house. The router is under the stairs where the fibre point was fitted from the house being built. I have no issues upstairs with connection to a puck but in the kitchen I get poor connection ( albeit closer to the router) any ideas or would sky provide me with a booster of aome&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kind?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
