Sky Puck and the red button issue

Today I received my Sky Puck to be used on a second TV upstairs. It works fine except when watching Sky Sports and I want to choose a different tennis match than the main one, I press the "red" button to get to Sky Sports Plus as I do on my main TV, it shows me the other matches but when I select one, it just goes back to the main SkySports match. I am unable to choose a different match on Sky Sports +. Can anyone help? TIA

If you have not tried already, would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.
