Sky turns on but Netflix doesn't work Disney or HBO some sky chanles work

broadband is slow we have unplugged everything left off plugged all back in still no good and rest them not sure what to do now

@Andy159 What is the line speed to your huib (in the MySky app).

Also on you Glass TV open Netfliux, go to Get help, run connection test, what speed is being reported here.

When you say Netflix does not work, what exactly do you mean?

Can you do a network speed test on your Puck.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test several times, say over a half hour period.
What is your speed?
