Tried to go into Sky Atlantic and got the message 'Your PIN has been entered incorrectly 3 times - PIN locked - Please try again in 10 minute.

I hadn't tried to enter the PIN at all previously today.

It's now an hour since I started getting the message and am still getting it.

I'm unable to change my PIN because the same message appears

Go to reset reboot in settings and it's fine after doing that ..

Hi @Bill+Ashcroft I would try unplugging the puck at the wall socket for a few minutes. When upiu plug it back in it will take a couple of minutes to reboot and yu will have a blank screen for a while until the white Sky logo apears and it wil complete the reboot after about another minute. This clears glitches and is something I do every week or so to stop glitches accumulating.

If that doesn't work then you wil need to contact Sky for some assistance.

Having the same issue over multiple days, unplugging the puck seems to work but it's not a complete fix as it's happened just now when trying to watch something on HBO via my playlist. Going straight to HBO has also bypassed the issue as I can't be bothered to get up & unplug.

Sky, please fix with an update as clearly there's a bug here
