Sky are really messing me around! In the past couple of years or so, both of my Pucks have failed resulting in new ones being delivered. Last week after 6 calls to sky they eventually decided to replace one again but this time it was out of warranty and I was told to pay £50. I did so only because they would credit my account with the same amount as a gesture of good will. Guess what...they haven't done that, so that's another call to sky.

the new luck is better but we've noticed that we can't watch anything on Amazon. The programmes won't load. Ever other app is ok. But than after we exit the Amazon app everything else won't load or is slow. I've just read a post dated the 10th of June about the same issue but it ends saying there is a puck update but nothing much after that. Is there still an issue?
