Strange screen when adjusting volume

Just installed Sky stream. When trying to increase volume I get a strange screen . Black background, two options showing "no usb device " and " content sharing". Have to use home button to go back to what I was watching. Anybody know how to stop this and what did it mean anyway??

@LynDdl Thats not a message i've seen generated by a Stream puck as it does not have a USB connection so must be a TV message.

What make and model is the television set?

As @GD1 says, the message cannot be coming from the Stream puck.

Thats a TV message, not a message from the Sky Stream puck.

Sounds like your Sky Stream remote may have been be paired incorrectly to your TV during the Sky Stream remote pairing setup and it's doing something like a TV source switch somehow.

I knownHisense TVs have the 'content sharing' message, but some other may have that message and the 'no usb device' or something similar.

Thanks, it is a Hisense TV don't know how it happened though I'd followed instructions. Any idea how to put it right?

It's Hisense, don't know model but it's new
