Funnily enough, I'm also seeing the same.

(Re) purchased Sky Stream last week, Puck arrived, works. Cannot login to My Sky, nor Sky Go, with the same email address I ordered with - Sky agents on their end, say the email address is correct, showing the same Account Number on their end.

Yet when I login to My Sky or Sky Go, I get the same as you, or:

We're unable to link your Sky ID to this account. Please ask the account owner to share access to their Sky services with you via the 'People and sharing' section on their My Details page.

... been sent various texts:

.. none work. Been promised calls back various times today, none have materialised.

Beginning to wish I hadn't bothered!
