I received a new Sky Stream puck directly from Sky as an additional puck for my Sky Glass, but there was no remote control in the box. I need the remote that should have been supplied with the puck.”

Call Sky. Every puck sent out should come with a remote.

Sounds odd that no remote was sent out withyour Sky Stream puck.

It does sit under a flap within the box, if you have not checked.

Save you calling, you can ask for a replacement using an online form.

Mention on the form why you are requesting one.
