Pins been locked for 2 hours aftwr telling me it'll be locked for 10 mins. Tried unplugging and restarting through settings. Nothings working

@Laurendiaaxo you've posted in the forum for Sky+ set top boxes, but this doesn't sound like a Sky+ issue.

Which Sky tv system do you have: Sky Q? Sky Stream? Or Sky Glass?

No I dont right now Mark, ive had it quite some time and fibromyalgia brain fog makes it hard to retain information. I'm not very tech savvy. Thank you.

Your default Sky Stream PIN is usually the last four digits of the mobile phone number you gave when you first set up your account.

Correct. My son entered it incorre y apparently. It is now ocker. I know the pin but it said 10 mins, hours ago.
