Stream can be temperamental unless it is set up just so. &amp;nbsp;Firstly have you got a really good internet speed. &amp;nbsp;If you don't know go to Netflix (even if you are not signed up for it) and in the Settings on the left hand side there is a speed check. &amp;nbsp;Secondly make sure your puck is just on a shelf, preferably not a glass one, and nothing else touching it with about 6 inch's of space all around.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See if that helps and let us know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The box has to be co stantly reset, its always really hot, the cuts out from prohrammes at random times, channels sometimes cant be accessed and just constantly say 'loading', i cant seem ti get through to a human being at sky so im going move away from sky asap shocking BOT customer service even worse than BT&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Internet is good and its on a wooden shelf, spent 1 hour on phone to sky and they are sending a new box so fingers crossed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
